In an effort to provide webmasters with a useful research tool Point of Impact Technologies has started the SpiderTrack.org project

This project will publish the IP Address of Googlebot, the User Agent used, and reverse DNS of spiders claiming to be Googlebot that visit our domains and domains of our partners.

The project also provides IP Address of Yahoo Slurp in addition to the IP address of Googlebot.
